This 8 week challenge is the perfect platform to help you to create achievable and sustainable lifestyle changes which will assist you to live a leaner, stronger and healthier life. You will receive the knowledge, support and accountability required to commit to your goals.
This challenge is suitable for ALL strength & fitness levels. We pride ourselves in bringing strength and conditioning to everyday people.
The challenge will commence on Monday 5th Feb 2024 until Saturday 30th March. There is a maximum of 25 spots available so register NOW to secure your place.
